Between Saturday 26th April and Monday 5th May 2025, I will be walking 10 marathons (26.2 miles) in 10 consecutive days to raise awareness of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) and the free ECG screening programme that our charity fund through Cardiac Risk In The Young (CRY)

Saturday 26th April – TBC
Sunday 27th April – TBC
Monday 28th April – Stour Valley Path, Suffolk – Newmarket to Long Melford (stopping at Stetchworth, Great Bradley, Kedington and Clare so people can join/leave the day’s walk at any stage they choose) – total for that day: 31.7 miles
Tuesday 29th April – Stour Valley Path, Suffolk – Long Melford to Cattawade (stopping at Great Henny, Wormingford, Stoke-By-Nayland, Stratford St Mary) – total for that day: 29.2 miles
Wednesday 30th April – Friday 2nd May – Essex Way (starting at Harwich, Ending in Epping) – total distance over 3 days: 81 miles
Saturday 3rd-Sunday 4th May – Kent Coastline (starting at Herne Bay, Ending in Folkestone) – total distance over 2 days: 53 miles

Each day will be split into 4 sections, with a 15-minute break between each one, so people can join portions of any day’s walk
