FREE CPR/DEFIB TRAINING SESSIONS

We are delighted to announce a joint initiative between our foundation, 2 local rotary clubs (Thorpe Bay and Leigh) and Pronto training to provide free CPR and defib training for residents local to Southend

Each session will last for 2 hours (with an interval of a about 20 minutes for teas and coffees). The first section will provide vital training on how to perform CPR on an adult. The second section will show how to safely use a defibrillator plus how to perform CPR on a baby

Each session will accommodate 30 people and will be fully funded by our foundation and the rotary clubs

The sessions will be run by Pronto training, a local first aid company who specialise in a variety of training programmes for all areas of first aid
