We recently highlighted how our Foundation had been selected by the Southend High School for Boys as their local charity to support during their “Charity Week”
We are absolutely overwhelmed to announce a staggering £6,033.89 was raised for us
Yesterday, I visited the school (where I was once a student ) to collect a cheque from Mr Foley, Head of Sixth Form. Mr. Foley was my main point of contact at all times and he kept me updated with all the plans, arranged for me to attend the school to speak to 2 assemblies and also sent details of our ECG screening program to all the school parents. Our charity will also be maintaining close links with the school in the future to keep them aware of all upcoming screening dates
Our Foundation is delighted to say we have also been contacted by lots of the parents to get their children checked
