Table Sale raises £1000!!!

On 3rd June, our charity held a Table Sale at Eastwood Community Centre

We put out a request for items to sell and we were overwhelmed with the response. The generosity of people never ceases to amaze us

As well as having loads of items for sale, we were also selling teas, coffees and cakes (including an amazing donation of two trays from Sarah’s Chocolate Kitchen) and we were proud to highlight 6 local music acts, who performed on stage during the day

To have raised £1000 is a truly phenomenal achievement and the list of “Thank You’s” run to a huge list

So,……here goes…..deep breath

Firstly, thank you to all our volunteers who helped on the day – pictured (l-r): Nic (Carli’s sister), Helen, Megan, Danielle – all 3 were Carli’s dearest friends – Hazel (Carli’s mum), Elliott, myself, Ethan, Fynn (Ethan’s mate), Chloe, Emma, (baby) Jude, Jess, Finn (Jess’s boyfriend) and Verina

Missing from the photo but who also helped were Tina, Eileen, Christine and Jayton (another of Ethan’s friends)

We would like to thank the amazing 6 music acts – Hands4Voices, Ruby Hickman, Chlo, Wayne Franklin, Adam Falkingham and Nicola Collis

We would like to thank Sarah’s Chocolate Kitchen and Graham/Sue for providing the cakes

We would like to thank Morrisons, Eastwood for providing us with tea, coffee, sugar and milk

We would also like to thank the amazing people at Eastwood Community Centre (managed by Verina) for all their support on the day

We would like to thank all the amazing individuals who donated items for us to sell

And, lastly, we would like to thank everyone who came along and either bought items, had some coffee/cake, or watched the musicians
